Will my repair cause data loss on my device?

Do you provide any guarantee on the repairs?

We give a guarantee for a period of 15 days and promise to rectify any fault arising out of faulty workmanship at our cost. However, the guarantee does not hold valid for mishandling, burns and/or breakages.

What is the procedure for getting phone unlocked?

We give a Guarantee for a Period of 5 years and promise to rectify any fault arising out of faulty workmanship at our cost. However the guarantee does not hold good for mishandling and breakable items.

How will I get the updates of my repairs?

In our app, there is a real time status bar that will keep you informed of the updates of your repair. You’ll also receive SMSs and Push Notifications on your mobile at different stages of process. Alternatively, you can call at our helpline and our rep will ask you for your reference number after which you will be told about the current status of your repair.

What if you find more problems than quoted?

We will quote based upon the client’s stated problem and our technician’s diagnosis on apparent issues. Should there emerge another problem(s) during or after the resolution of current issues, we will inform you and quote separately for it.
