All return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery date. No exceptions.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival: Only these cases are eligible, strictly within 5 days and proper unpacking proof provided.
Wrong Product: Eligible if received within 5 days and clearly incorrect (wrong model or part).
Opened Accessories or Consumables: Not eligible for return. Seals must be intact.
Non-defective items, buyer’s remorse, or changes in mind: Not returnable.
Mandatory: Record a clear, timestamped video while unwrapping the outer package, opening seals, and recording product condition.
The video must show:
External packaging condition
Removal of seals
Final product and accessories (labels, model numbers)
No video or video after unboxing = return request denied.
Log into your account and go to Order History > select the order.
Click “Request Return”, fill in reason, and upload the video.
Our team will review within 48 hours and notify you.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless we shipped the wrong or defective product, in which case we cover return shipping.
Unauthorized returns (without approval) will be refused.
Upon approval and receipt of returned item in original state:
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days, using the original payment method.
Replacements (if available) will be processed immediately after approval and shipping.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” (e.g., certain accessories) cannot be returned.
Warranty issues beyond 5 days should be handled per manufacturer’s warranty terms, not through return.
Tampered packaging, missing accessories, opened items → Return denied.
If the product’s damage appears to be from mishandling or misuse after receipt → No return.
All claims are subject to our inspection and team’s final decision.
